Thanks to the Lord and the hard work of colleagues at Khayam Sepehr Steel Company, the hot test of all the stands and the furnace was successfully completed.

3 ingots were loaded into the preheated rolling furnace with dimensions of 150×150 and length of 6 meters with exclusive melting number of Khayam Folad Neyshabur Company 1020001. At the start of rolling, the temperature of the furnace was estimated to be around 1240 degrees Celsius and the approximate temperature of the ingots was estimated to be 1150 to 1170 degrees Celsius. According to the initial meeting of the Honorable Vice President of Operation with Italian company personnel and calculations and rolling engineering, appropriate changes were made by the company personnel and 3 charged ingots were rolled. The dimensions and specifications of the manufactured product were monitored and evaluated with the presence of the company’s quality control manager. The settings of each stand are done step by step until the final product of the last ingot was approved by the quality control in accordance with the national standard of Iran No. INSO1791 and compliance with the standard No. EN 10025-EN 10034.
